Are you or someone you know interested in running for Redmond School Board? Four of the five Redmond School Board positions are on the upcoming May 2023 Special Election Ballot! Incumbent Liz Goodrich will be running for re-election, and that leaves an additional 3 candidates needed to step up!

Several RCA organizers have already run for office locally. If you’re interested in running for Redmond School Board in the upcoming May election, or you are considering running for any elected position in Redmond, and your values align with ours, get in touch. We’d love to hear your policy proposals and ideas for bringing more progressive leadership to Redmond and Deschutes County.  We are especially interested in supporting women, BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, and disabled candidates for local positions.

We are currently looking to identify quality people committed to serving all Redmond residents, who would like to run for Redmond School Board in the coming May 2023 Special Election. Ideally candidates be willing to have open, honest, & earnest conversations with a future focus on new opportunities for Redmond residents, seniors, youth, and families.
