To donate to a practical support group, the Brigid Alliance is national organization for those seeking late-term abortions that require long distance travel. Cascades Abortion Support provides transportation and abortion doulas to those in the Portland and Vancouver areas. The Midwestern states face a number of abortion access issues that the Midwestern Access Coalition is trying to mitigate by assisting with costs of childcare, transportation, food, lodging, etc. for abortion seekers. The P.O.W.E.R. House provides extra assistance to those visiting Montgomery, AL’s only abortion clinic. Fund Texas Choice assists Texas abortion seekers with funds to cover transportation and lodging expenses. The Haven Coalition offers abortion escorts, meals and lodging for those in New York City.
